Charges:
Unlike most I.T. support operations, we don't charge by the hour or part thereof. To save you money when you just need a quick and easy fix, our charging structure at just £14.50 (plus VAT) per quarter hour. This equates to a very competitive standard on-demand labour charge of just £58.00 per hour, but with Sirec you won't be charged for time you haven't used!

Hardware:
Whilst we do have the capability to create bespoke hardware configurations if a project warrants it, we generally don't build our own branded systems. We're strong believers in not 're-inventing the wheel', and with current trends bringing infrastructure costs down to far more sensible levels than just a few years ago, we find that businesses can now get equipped quite easily and cost-effectively.
Of course, that doesn't mean that you're on your own when it comes to hardware. We will consult with you on your requirements and make suitable recommendations for the right balance of quality and price in what can be a confusing marketplace. We'll arrange delivery and installation, configuring software as required; and we'll provide any necessary support and troubleshooting.
Whilst we're not actually selling you our own products, we can do everything from unpacking the boxes!
Software:
If there is a product on the market that will do the right job for you without the need for bespoke programming we'll advise you accordingly and we'll help you install and configure it correctly.
Almost certainly saving you time and money.
